I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Precision Door Service. I had them (Ferdinand was the technician) repair a broken part that connected the garage door to the closing mechanism. He clearly explained what needed to be done and how he was going to do it. The repair was done and solved the problem. Very professional!

We initially though of Precision after seeing your direct mail flyer. The shown coupon was also positive and it contributed on our decision to put it on our refrigerator! But what really sold us was Rick and your corporate office team in Pompton Plains. Great show room and product line. Both at the showroom and when he came out to measure the door at our house, Rick was knowledgeable and friendly and made the buying experience very easy and positive.

I had a coupon from a mailer and there were others for garage doors, but I feel yours was presented so much better. I gave me a confident feeling. When I called and spoke to Jessica she was professional and pleasant. I did not expect service right away and was told someone would be here between 1 and 4 today. Kevin was very good at calling to let me know where he was going and about how long he would be then called and said he'd be in 20 minutes and was right on the nose. Very pleasant and professional understood my situation and fixed the door. I would call again if needed and ask for Kevin

I have used Precision in the past for both repair and new service, and would not think of calling any other company. I just recently needed a repair, and was lucky to have both Vince and Rich attend to my service call. They were prompt, very skilled in their knowledge and recommendation of my repair, and got the job done in no time at all.
