A few years back, my so had Precision install two new garage doors he was extremely pleased with the installation I contacted precision on line and was able to schedule repair work to my garage door for the. Ext day, Sunday morning. Alan arrived at approximately 10:30 am and after a few hours he had all the movable replaced and the door working better than new. He was very professional and knowledgeable in the work he was doing - he had all the parts required to repair the damage in his vehicle. I would not hesitate to use Precision again and would highly recommend them to others.

Called on Wednsday and scheduled an appointment for Thurdsday morning. Very easy, pleasant and efficient customer service. Received pre-installation instructions and what to expect. The sales rep was 25 minutes late for our appointment and he was supposed to email the details of our meeting and an estimate to me right away. Unfortunately, 5 days later I still haven’t received it. What a waste of time. I’m going somewhere else.

Our garage doors were making a lot of noise and vibrating when opening and closing. Technician performed a maintenance exercise and added a lube spray to the rails. Doors are operating much smoother and closing with little to no vibration.
