Precision did an outstanding job on our garage door installation. They started by explaining the options--equipment, pricing, etc. Then they went to work. The entire process took less than three hours. Kudos to Tommy and his assistant. Both were knowledgeable and friendly. In other words, they were professional. And the finished product was exactly what we hoped it would be. We are completely satisfied.

He was extremely helpful. He fixed the outside garage opener pad and explained what had happened extremely clearly. He checked everything and even set up the garage opener on my car. He was pleasant, professional and very patient. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I would. Also recommend Precision Door to anyone.

I scheduled the service for my remote door opener. The Tech Alan arrived on time. He checked other parts of my garage door as well and explained to me that some parts needed to be replaced for safety. I think he's knowledgeable and accepted his suggestion. He was also efficient on his job.

I needed an application right away and Precision answered that call. The service person was Covid prepared throughout the appointment. The repair was completed efficiently and everything I needed to know was explained thoroughly before the job even started. Thank you all at Precision. Below there is no one choice as to my repair, but it included springs, rollers, cables, rubber sealing on bottom of door, and all worn out parts replaced.

The Precision technician, Louis Rowek who came out to repair our garage door on November 4th did a wonderful job. He let us know what time he would arrive and when he got to our house, checked out the problem and gave us a full explanation of what needed to be done. He installed new wires, rollers and motor and made recommendations for the second door. A great experience. Thank you

Jackson was very courteous and called a couple of times to let me know his arrival time. When he arrived, we discussed the issues I was having with the garage door. After the safety assessment and review of the current situation, we discussed options. Jackson walked me through the different packages and I decided on a full rebuild on the door and a new opener. He was fast efficient and very polite during the install. New opener and rebuilt door are super quiet and smooth and he even did a quick check and lubrication on the other door (also installed by Precision). Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Had a new garage door opener installed along with a repair on another garage door. The technician was excellent. He arrived right when he said he would and finished in a timely fashion.
