Received notifications of who was coming and time window. Before arrival I received a phone call advising me of time of arrival. Professional personnel asked if there was any concerns other than damage shown. Was given estimate and if acceptable how to pay, check or charge card. Work was done in a timely manner and to my liking. Will definitely use in future if needed and recommend Brian to anyone needing garage door, track etc. work to be done.

We had a power outage so I needed to open our garage door manually. The 'pulldown' was not working correctly, hence I couldn't open the door to get my car out. I called the garage door place that I usually use, but they were not able to send someone out. The receptionist was kind enough to suggest Precision. I called and within an hour, their tech Sean Sotelo arrived and was able to diagnose the problem. It was a simple fix, but one which I would not have been able to figure out myself. He was so nice and professional. You will definitely be my go to for any future issues. Sean was also kind enough to give me an estimate for a new opener that has a battery back up should I wish to do that at some point. Will definitely be looking to have that done in the near future. Thank you so much for your help!

Tim, the service tech was very friendly, efficient , and capable. He replaced the springs, cables, and pulleys in less than two hours. He arrived within three hours of my call for service. I would recommend.
