We recently had an issue with one of our garage doors closing. I called the company and they were able to schedule me the next day at a very convenient time. Matthew Dewald was the technician who came to service our garage doors. He was so nice, friendly and professional. Since my warranty was still in effect he explained all the options available and the pricing so I could make an informed decision on how he should proceed. He checked the sensors and realigned them. He also checked the tracks and springs and lubricated them. Matthew answered all questions and gave me some very useful advice. I really appreciated all the time and consideration he spent with me. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors for anyone needing this service.

Supply chain issues caused a delivery delay. I was kept informed of progress, and was able to coordinate an acceptable alternative install date. The team arrived on time, and answered all my questions, and did a great job installing the door. They tested all components, sensors, remotes, and app, and removed all construction debris. 5 stars!

Our technician was prompt and thorough. He showed me all the problems and the choices for solutions. His work was neat and so far seems to have solved all the problem, with a warranty. The system of phone call in advance of arrival as well as being able to follow the truck’s approach on line are great features. I can’t say enough about how knowledgeable, pleasant, and courteous Alan, the technician, was. He did a great job.
