I experienced a sudden problem with our garage door on a Saturday afternoon when I had a family member recovering from a major operation and I needed to get into the city that afternoon. Then I called Precision Door Service and within a few hours the service technician was at our home and the door was repaired & locked. Now I say to you, where can you expect to receive such prompt response and service? We have been dealing with Precision Door Service since 2010 and I have never been disappointed with their service ever. Precision Garage Door has exceeded my expectations. Initial appt request was responded to very quickly, my tech Mike arrived as expected, listened attentively, addressed my concerns, explained my options, made suggestions but never pressured me. I had time to weigh my next steps and then he promptly returned when I was ready and installed my new opener which is quiet, has keypad, two remotes and WiFi. Called for 25 point service maintenance and to fix my key pad to open garage door. Sean Young was on time and notified me he would come earlier. Explained to me what he did and answered my questions, very courteous. Showed me how to reset key pad if it stops working. Great plus in customer service. Recommend highly.
