Chris and Christian arrived today to upgrade our 20 year old garage door system. My husband Larry and I were very impressed with the friendly and efficient service we received. Chris came last week to look over the job and took time to explain every detail and was patient with all my questions . Wonderful experience. Rob was my installer. My garage spring broke 9AM. I filled out an appointment and I had an installer call me at at my house within 2 hours. They sent me a text with a wonderful bio of the person coming to my house. Rob was extremely professional and gave me several options on repairs and costs. He was very professional and completed the job. He explained everything once he was done.

Precision's online ad was informative and useful. Precision answered my phone call concerning broken springs on a garage door and arranged for a same day appointment. The technician called before the scheduled time to indicate he was on his way, and arrived on time. The photo and bio of the technician were helpful to my wife who was the person home at the time.
