Precision Door Service is a class business for servicing your garage door needs! My garage door broke and I was unable to raise the door, it was original to the home and over the years the weight had increased to the point that I could not open manually I called Precision and had a technician show up the next day. I received an email prior to the visit with his photo and a brief biography. He assessed the door and the repair and offered several options. Since the door was 40 years old and need a lot of work to function properly and my concern over a future failure that might cause me to face a heavier door with age. I opted to replace the door for appearance, weight, maintenance, air intrusion and critter control. The door was custom made to fit and took five weeks before it was ready to install. I received an email, a text and a phone call to set up an appointment to install. They gave me a window of four hours to install the door and asked what day I would prefer and offered a time. I selected two days away and receive multiple emails and text messages confirming, reminding, a photo of the installers and a brief bio as before and requirements for work space clearance They arrived on time, they were pleasant and friendly, asked me if I had any questions, then opened the door to allow me to remove one of my vehicle’s trapped in the garage. They went to work and they completed well before the time allotted. They reconnected my opener readjusted the travel, install the sensors to detect blockages or travelers, balanced the door check the downward pressure to prevent crushing children or old folk. They had set the travel, to have the door above the frame when it was opened and sealed to the floor when closed. They then closed the door and installed the weather stripping around the door. They cleaned up and took away all the components of the old door and materials left over from the install. I handed the them the final payment, shook their hand and they wished me a Happy Thanksgiving. The door is significantly quieter, such that kids could sneak out without waking the parents. The experience was painless, and I discovered how much i missed my garage door!

Chris and Christian arrived today to upgrade our 20 year old garage door system. My husband Larry and I were very impressed with the friendly and efficient service we received. Wonderful experience. Rob was my installer. My garage spring broke 9AM. I filled out an appointment and I had an installer call me at at my house within 2 hours. They sent me a text with a wonderful bio of the person coming to my house. Rob was extremely professional and gave me several options on repairs and costs. Precision's online ad was informative and useful. Precision answered my phone call concerning broken springs on a garage door and arranged for a same day appointment. The technician called before the scheduled time to indicate he was on his way, and arrived on time. The photo and bio of the technician were helpful to my wife who was the person home at the time. The techs examined the problem, identified all issues with the door and springs, provided an estimate, and then promptly, completely, and excellently completed the repairs. A job well done.
