The entire process with Precision Overhead Garage Door of Northern New Jersey was professional, comprehensive and satisfying, from the initial assessment of the job through all the related communication, and concluding with the installation of the new garage door. Damien Gilbertson, Door Designer, was careful and thorough in taking measurements, discussing door options, and in describing the overall process in detail. Monica from the office provided ongoing, accurate and supportive communication throughout the process. Brian Meinsen, the installation technician, was professional, skillful and precise in his work. Cleanup was impeccable. The finished door is attractive in appearance, tight in fit and smooth in operation.

Pricey but you get what you pay for with anything. I could easily find someone to do it for less but I highly doubt they would have a turn around time of 2 days. Chris the gentleman that did the repair was incredible. I can’t say enough about him. So knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Finished total in under an hour. I had to leave the house and he kept me updated on everything. I can see why this company has so many great reviews. Will be using them for any garage door needs in the future.

Excellent customer service. Same day service. Was kept informed of tech's whereabouts and arrival time. Tech photo and short bio sent before his arrival. John D was my tech. Thoroughly explained everything. Very personable. And cleaned up everything like he was never there. Tech report, recommendations and invoice all arrived by email shortly after visit. Highly recommend this company!
