Ron was prompt, thoughtful, careful, and generous with his time. He did great work and went well above and beyond my expectations. I called to get an estimate on a job and to determine its time frame so I could schedule it for another day. Ron took a look, jumped in and the work was done in less than half an hour.

Precision did an excellent job, from the very first their technicians we're pleasant, well informed, on time for their appointments. What impressed me the most was the work ethic of their installer, Felix Coriano. He never slacked off nor did he take even a coffee break while he was working here. He completely removed all of the old garage door and framing and installed a new door, by himself in just 5 hours. i am amazed I cannot give them a higher compliment other than a 5 star rating and i will recommend them to my friends and family.

Wow, that was easy. I called and made an appointment. John the service technician (who was very professional and knowledgeable) showed up right on time. Actually 10 minutes early! He diagnosed the problems and worked up a quotation right on the spot. Then when we approved, he immediately performed the repairs. We have never had a garage door work so quietly. Thanks John!!!

What a fantastic experience! I door has been working intermittently for the last few months. I called Precision Door and they came out right away. Sam explained everything in detail as he went through some of the quirky problems that existed with my 18 year old opener. He set it up and even helped set up the app as well as my car! We were in need of a new garage door; I looked online and saw your reviews, was impressed and I called. The installation went really well - no problems at all. We then needed a new door opener that we did not purchase initially because we "thought" our old one would suffice. Well, it did for a while and then it stopped working. The tech's that were sent out were awesome - both of them. They were honest and did not try to pull the old "okey-doke" on us. The price was pretty reasonable and we're grateful about how they stressed watching our fingers upon opening/closing the garage door - much appreciated. We will recommend your company to others. I had what a thought were just a few brackets that had broke on my door. A family member suggested I call Precision as they had used them for years and been very happy every time they had used them. I called they came out even got here before the window time given. Drew came out explained everything and even showed me why it kept doing what it was doing. He couldn’t have been more kind! The technicians are always prompt and helpful. My technician today, Mike K. explained everything about the repair and had the garage door working smoothly in under an hour. A couple of weeks ago, I contacted another Garage Door repair company and realized after working with Precision that the other company grossly overcharged me just to install a new pin pad to open my garage remotely. Needless to say, Precision was up front on the charges and were very reasonable and thoroughly checked out my door and did a few extra tweaks to make sure that it would continue to work properly. The repairman was so kind and did his job thoroughly. Most importantly he did not take advantage of a senior couple like the other company. I highly recommend Precision.

JOSH was the technician. Arrived ahead of schedule and was very courteous, professional and a great demeanor. Explained in detail, step by step the actions needed to be taken to repair the garage door. Also went into detail to explain the actual cost factor. Had all of the necessary equipment and parts to complete the repair. Took approximately one hour (which was his estimate) and the garage door was fixed. JOSH was super, very friendly, outgoing and a pleasure to do business with. PRECISION will now be the only company we will use for any future needs. Mike came right on schedule, assessed our options and made recommendations. We decided to replace our older garage door opener rather than repair it. He had all the necessary parts with him in the truck and an hour later we had a new opener, keypad, and remotes. And the new opener is extremely quiet.
