Luca the technician travel to Tampa from Ohio for storm repair. He was exceptional knowledgeable on the product and gave me options of what I wanted repaired and did not try to sell me a whole new system. I highly recommend him if he can be requested. And I would advise the owner of this particular precision, Door Company to try to retain Luca for our community

The repairman came right on time, finished in 30 minutes and the door worked.

Tech was very sharp and knew his business . Office lady was nice and easy to deal with over phone . Installer was on time and did excellent work . Overall a six star job and I have new garage door.

Drew Bates was very responsive to my questions, professional, courteous, and efficiently worked to finish the task of replacing the garage door opener components for multiple doors. He also effectively cleaned up and took all old parts for recycling. It was easy to schedule. I will definitely call Precision in the future as needed.

I had damage to my double car garage door due to Hurricane Milton, and Precision was the first door company to respond, and estimator was here in 2 days after the hurricane. They had my door in stock, and scheduled install for 4 weeks later. Installers showed up on time, and correct date, no delays, installed my beautiful hurricane proof door in about 2 hours, with all new everything. The installers explained everything in plain English , left me all paperwork and 3 year warranty, and showed me how to lubricate new door and perform yearly maintenance. Highly recommend Precision Garage doors. Oh, and their estimate was the lowest of 3 other companies!!!!

Although a little pricey, Precision was able to provide same day service on garage door opener and roller replacement. The service tech William was professional and knowledgeable and completed the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door if you want the job done right.

I had called another company twice that had serviced my door opener years ago & advised the door was not working, with my only vehicle inside. They did not call back for a day. So I called Precision & they sent Jeff Barrales within an hour. He fixed the door & replaced the broken parts. I have ordered new doors & parts to replace the ancient ones currently in place. Jeff was great to deal with & I will be dealing with Precision again when the ordered parts arrive.

We had a great experience from start to finish! Glenn got a quote to us quickly and delivery was eight weeks out as stated. Joe and Barry who installed our new doors were very efficient and clean. After install, they walked my husband through how the new system functions. Doors look great and are extremely quiet when opening and closing! We would highly recommend precision to anyone needing a new garage door!

The service was good and timely. I needed the work done as soon as possible and that was important since I could not get the door open and my car was in the garage.

Rapid response. Came Saturday morning after call Friday PM. I was impressed with the technician "Bo". He checked for proper support by the spring he had installed and replaced it with a stronger one. May have been due to the age of the original (24 years). As an engineer and handy man, I have experienced problems with obtaining information or parts for old systems. My entire experience was beyond expectations. As a former manager all observed aspects of the experience (including the truck, tools and etc.) indicated a superbly managed organization with attention to detail. I feel the cost was probably at the upper end of the range for competitors, but worth it.

I've used them for years. Their techs are highly professional and personal and go beyond what I exected.

After my initial call, the technician was at my house in just a few hours! He confirmed my thought that the door had to be replaced. He found a door that was in stock that was the right color! He then scheduled the work for the next day! The installers were on time and courteous! In addition to replacing my door, they also blew all of the leaves out of my garage! We are extremely Happy with our new Door, It Looks Great it’s so quite and the top panel has impact glass in it, our garage is no longer dark inside. Ricky Bonocore he’s the young Man that did all the work, removal our old door system hauled it all away and installed our new Door system He Was Fantastic. He definitely knows what he’s doing.
