Very good work and parts

Extremely efficient at installing my replacement motor, springs and roller wheels. The door now is whisper quite. Danny was pleasant, polite, personable and very well trained (doing it for 10-years). He prides himself on the quality of his workmanship. Although the cost was more than I expected, the warranty and quality of the components should last for decades.

I was experiencing intermittent problems with my garage door opener. After conducting a brief search, I received a rough estimate from another company, but I was deterred by the idea of a service charge just for an evaluation and estimate. Being mechanically inclined, I struggled with the estimate, and so started looking for DIY solutions. My wife suggested that I check out Precision, as she had heard advertisements about them. I Googled them and discovered that they were offering a special $0 estimate promotion. Setting up an appointment was incredibly simple and all done online. I selected an available time for the next morning. Sam and Josh arrived as scheduled the next day, calling in advance to let me know they were on their way. I explained the issues I had been facing with my garage opener. Sam was patient and thoroughly checked everything. We done evaluating my setup he explained the various options and level of repairs possible based on my responses to his questions. I had a specific type of replacement opener in mind, and Sam had that model on his truck. The price he quoted included installation, with no misunderstandings or complications. I was given choices but never felt pressured. Sam took his time, addressing all my questions. We decided to move forward with a replacement opener, and everything came together quickly. He programmed the new unit and showed me how it worked, in case I wanted to make changes or add remotes later. He also removed all the old equipment and cleaned up existing wiring that was no longer needed as if it were never there. The entire process was easy, and both Sam and Josh were professional and patient. I highly recommend Sam, Josh, and Precision. If every service-oriented company operated like Precision, we would all benefit. Kudos to the management team for building such a great team!

The repair guy came during the window he said he was coming and he made the repairs in a quick and efficient way. He explained everything to me clearly and was very helpful. I would call and schedule an appointment with Precision again if my garage door runs into any problems in the future.

Great job and same day service

We had a problem on a Sunday night with our garage door not going all the way down. I called Precision Door and the call was answered immediately. A service call was scheduled for Monday between 4 & 6 pm but the technician called Monday morning to say he could come by to check out our problem since he was already in the area. The technician (Shane) came and resolved the problem within minutes and he was on his way. Great customer service!

We chose Precision because of the high rating it had from other cusotmers. The appointment was scheduled within one day of our initial callOur service tech was great. Called me before the meeting and sent a picture of him so we knew who was at the door when he arrived. He was on time, did a thorough inspection, and made multiple recommendations. He even suggested that we call the manufacturer of our garage door unit as it could still be under warranty. He was polite, respectful, and genuintely helpful. We could have asked more out Ian.

We're so pleased with the service we got from Precision! They came the same day and replaced the broken springs. Morever, they did several other things with the cables, etc. It sounds quieter than ever (and it's a 14 year old door).

My garage door stopped working all of a sudden one day. I called the Garage Door Company that was on my unit sticker and they never called us back. I spoke to a neighbor who I knew had issues as well and she gave me the name of Precision Garage Door. I called them immediately and the Lady on the phone was wonderful and booked me in for an appointment quickly she was very knowledgeable and professional as well. I was booked for a spot from 4-7 pm but came home early that day and I called their office to let them know I was home and they were able to send someone over earlier that day WOW! Later that day Orlando the service Rep showed up he was very professional and spent time with me showing me what was wrong with my door and my options as he really wanted me to be Happy.This young man is very nice and really likes what he does and wants his customers to be satisfied!I am very satisfied with Precision Garage Door and their services and Products as the Garage door now works better than the original install and be sure to ask for Orlando when you call! In 2005 Precision Garage Door made our garage door hurricane ready. Since then, Precision has been our go to company when garage door service (routine maintenance and spring repair) was needed. Once again they did not disappoint when my opener failed and it was time for replacement. My 7:30 AM call was answered by a pleasant attendant who quickly scheduled a same day repair. The assigned technician, Jared, discussed alternative solution options with me and professionally completed necessary repairs and installation of a new Genie opener. We are extremely well satisfied with and highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I called Precision Door on Tue. afternoon for garage door inop. on one my rental properties in Clearwater. The tech meet meet me at the property the very next morning. Repairs and maintenance was done in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. The tech did not attempt to up sale me on new equipment just provided sound advice to improve the system for better performance and extended life. Exelent company with superior class field techs.

I had a very pleasant experience today when Chad, technician, came to fulfill my order. He was very courteous and professional and I was very confident Chad was knowledgeable about garage doors. Chad even went beyond my order of providing remotes and setting them up. He explained and demonstrated how and where to oil the garage door. Much quieter now and protecting the garage door. I received an email with who would be coming to my home and gave me some information about the employee. Clayton walked through all the concerns I had and what issues my garage door was having and provided me with multiple options for resolutions. This company was able to make a same day appointment and scheduled a repair within two days. I HIGHLY recommend this company and will be using and recommending this company to anyone I can!

Precision was great - from the website where it clearly states that a live person will answer your call and the hours of service, to the appointment setup, the reminders and call ahead which was all just what they said, the friendly and professional representative that fixed the garage door - THANK YOU DARRIN MILLS!! Justin was great to work with! Garage door would not open on a Tuesday. Went on the website and booked appointment for the next day, Wednesday. Justin called and let me know he was 30 minutes away. He arrived exaclty on time, which I greatly appreciated because it was a 4 hour window. While here, he was very cordial, respectful of the home and overall friendly. He asked very good questions, gave me a few different quotes to look at. Once we decided on a plan of action, he worked on it and resolved it within the hour. Obviously everyone elses milage may vary. Now everything works - and it was a very fair price for his labor!
