The service men were on time preceding with a tel call before arrival. Accomplished the repair quickly and offered to help in another area if needed.. I have tall ceilings and they replaced a burned out light bulb. I would recommend the service of the company.

Damon showed up today, identified the issue, quoted me then went straight into fixing it with lightning speed. He explained the problem and possible fix before doing the job and he was correct. Cool dude too! Replaced a part and the issue with the garage door was corrected. He lubed up all of my garage doors (I have 3) as well. Definitely recommend this service.

Cori came around 5:00pm. I explained the problem we were having and decided to get a new opener. Cori did a fantastic job. Answered all my questions about the opener. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I used Precision a few years ago at my other house and was VERY pleased. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a main spring break on the door. A call to Custom door had a repairman out within 2 hours. The person doing the work was very knowledgeable and gave me several price options in repairing the door. All would work. I am another satified customer.

I really appreciate that there was a live person to talk to at 10 at night when we realized our keypad was not working ! He was able to get me a technician by Monday and we got a text with a picture of who was coming about 30 minutes before they arrived . And he arrived right on time !! Great, same day service! My technician was Paul and he was kind and professional throughout the entire process. Paul explained that there is a current spring time promotion for a garage door rebuild and explained all the benefits without pushing for the up sale. In the end, I decided that the rebuild was a great deal given the small incremental cost over my base repair, and Paul got to work and finished within the hour. Great service, I will be giving Precision Garage Door a call for all my future needs!

My significant other had previously used Precision and was very pleased. Corey and Rick came to my house today. They were very cordial. Precision was very responsive when I reached out - they even had a spot for the same day I called but I wasn't able to arrange that. I have used Precision 3 times this year. At first I was concerned at having to have so many repairs. Precision Door really stands behind their work so i trust them. They come soon after you call And find the problem quickly. They are very professional.

My door is easily 20 years old and just broke. I swore it was me. I must have moved the laser beam holder. But it wasn’t. He showed me the spring was in 2 pieces. So he gave me several options. Good. Better and best. Of course replace. I dismissed the replace. I can see the physical door is fine. I bought all the repairs and also had it reinforced. I put in an outdoor keypad as well. I’m happy… so far

I was amazed with how easy and fast this repair process was. I made the apt late Saturday night on their website and they showed up Sunday morning for no extra fee. The technician was on time and very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem within the stated timeframe and my garage door runs so much better than it has since I’ve had this house. Baylor my technician was the best. Very courteous and took the time to listen to me as I explained the problem. He did a very thorough inspection. He recommended replacing the unit and was able to do that quickly. My only concern was the markup on the replacement garage door opener. I looked it up and I paid at least 3 times what I could have bought the system for. Baylor was excellent and I would recommend him to any potential customer! If I could hire him to work for me I would! As far as Precision goes they are prompt and they take care of the problem but are very expensive.

The garage door spring failed on a Saturday afternoon. Precision Door dispatched a technician with 4 hours and made the repair. The spring was under warranty from an installation they made for me in 2020. The technician (Sean) was professional and installed a new spring at no charge. I was pleased with the quick response since I could not get the garage door open when the spring broke, and I had an appointment early Sunday morning.

James is everything other reviews say, a good tech and a good man. I feel blessed he was my service repair tech. If you need excellent repair/replacement service you should consider this company.

Precision garage door’s website was easy to navigate and to set up an appointment. Teddy F. arrived on time and was awesome. He was very informative and clearly communicated three options. Teddy had all materials needed to replace the parts in his truck. It was nice that he could complete service right then. He completed job in about 1.5 hours. When finished he throughly explained everything he replaced and operated garage door a couple of times in front of me. Teddy was very professional and a complete pleasure to work with. He arrived during the window given, was very personable, explained our options and at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision. Because of his professionalism and resulting credibility in our eyes, we didn’t even get a second estimate. Patrick took our order and gave us an estimated timeframe for the doors to come in which was spot on. The installation team (Joel and Eli) arrived at the start of the window I was given, were very professional, and did an efficient job getting the doors in. They look and operate great, and are so much quieter and faster than our 30 year original doors. This process was stress free and our new doors look great. We had our door installed two years ago. It was working fine, then all of a sudden one of the springs broke. They sent a tech out same day, fixed everything under warranty, and we were good to go. Excellent service by a company that stands behind their product and makes things right when something is not as it should be.

We contacted Precision Garage Door after a Google search for garage door repair in our area. We had no knowledge of them, but the reviews looked good. One of the springs broke on our door. The website was easy to use and booking an appointment was done in a few clicks. We got a text message with info on the tech (Logan) that was coming and he also called to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he was very professional and friendly. I asked him if he could price a new opener while he was there to look at the spring. He provided different quotes on the spot for the repair we requested initially, along with recommended repairs for longevity, and included one with the door opener. They were sent digitally and he made no attempt to pressure us either way. I thought it was a genuine “here is what you asked for” and “here’s what we can also do” to actually help, and not a sales pitch. It was a little after 5pm when we got the quotes and made a decision on the spot to go ahead with an all new installation. I completely expected to have to make another installation appointment but was shocked when he said he could go ahead and do everything… after 5, on a Friday evening. I had to clarify to make sure I heard him right. About 2 hours later we had a completely new installation and he took all the old and broken components. No trash for us at all. He was more than happy to let our two young kids watch and even answered their repetitive questions about what every little thing was. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had with any company and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing their services. Thank you!

I looked on Google for a garage door repair. They seemed very knowledgeable and had good reviews. I called at 10 minutes to 5 on Thursday and they came today and fixed it. My garage door works like new and I have added features. Matthew did the install and he was wonderful. Explained all the workings to me and how to care for it. Diligent

As always, even simple issues with our garage doors evade us, but Jason from Precision Doors came by same day and fixed us up without making us feel like dummies for not realizing that a sensor was knocked off. He did a full inspection of our year + old doors and pronounced us good to go. It’s SO nice to be able to rely on this company to take care of us.

We originally hired Precision last year to install a belt-drive garage door opener. It recently stopped working, so I called Precision take a look at the situation. James Vanmeter, the service rep, determined that one of the sensor line connections had broken, an easy repair. When I asked about any charges I was informed that it was covered by warranty, no charges. I am glad I went with a decision to hire Precision for my garage door opener, the follow-up service was great, thank you Precision and James Vanmeter.

Had two really nice men install a new garage door opener. They were courteous and professional and their suggestions were very helpful. Did not try to sell me anything.

I called because my door had been noisy closing, and now it needed a new battery. It was a good time to get a checkup. Adam Miechle came on time, quickly showed me how to lubricate my door, changed the battery. He left me a spray can of lubricant and knowing a lot more about my door.

Door wasn't opening properly. Easily made an appointment online at a time that was convenient to me. Alex arrived right on time, found the problem and had the door quickly working properly. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and several options for future repairs were explained. No pressure to purchase anything. My garage door belt came apart, so I called at around 1:40 p.m. and within 15 minutes, Shane was standing in my driveway. He was quick to see the problem, he had a new part on his truck and he fixed everything as well as checked the motor, cables, and balance of the door and was gon by 2:45 p.m. I can't tell put into words how amazed I am at the speed with which the entire problem was solved as well as high quality service.
