I saw your ad for garage door repairs yesterday. I went online and requested service to repair my garage door opener. An appointment was set for today. James arrived at the time he said he would - gave us an estimate for charges to make repairs. Within an hour or so, it was repaired. James was very professional - I will definitely recommend you to others - Very good service at a very good price.

From the moment I called and spoke to Gary, I knew I was in good hands. I told him our issue with our existing garage door openers and remotes, and he diagnosed the problem right over the phone and gave me a quote for the job. I called on Friday and was scheduled for the following Monday. Our technician, Miller Henderson, called to introduce himself and to give me an update on his arrival time. We also got a text from Precision with his photo so we'd know him when he arrived. Miller did a 25 point inspection first to be sure our existing doors, the rails, etc. we're in good shape to work with the new openers/motors. He also went over our previous quote, and we decided to add a new safety mechanism to one of the doors for just a few dollars more. After the work was completed, he went over everything and set up our new remotes and wall controller...he even helped us with the MyQ app on our phones to operate our garage doors from anywhere and how to set up the garage buttons on our vehicles. Our garage door openers were 24 years old and have needed replacing for several years. I'm glad we found Precision Garage Doors. We received excellent service and highly recommend Precision and our technician, Miller Henderson. Thanks for everything.

Shawn Solberg was our technician. He was timely, and very professional, especially considering it was 20 below zero. He explained the problems, what he was going to do and the estimated cost. We could not have asked for a better experience.

My technician Julio was very courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable and presented me with three options. He took the time to explain what each one entailed and was also very patient. I liked that I was able to book my appointment on the website which was time specific with a 2 hour window. I am pleased with the service I received and I highly recommend this company.

Outstanding service - we hadn't given much though to our garage doors (until they stopped working), but we're very glad that Precision does. Matthew was fantastic - he kept in contact about his arrival time and how long his services would take, talked us through his inspection of the doors and his recommendations (I certainly learned a few things), was transparent about restoration/improvement options and pricing, and amazingly got it all done the same-day. Services provided including replacing the springs/rollers/cables with new torsion systems, and installing new garage door openers with buttons/keypads x3 (the priors were 30 years old we think). We're happy to report all the positive reviews are true about Precision and we would definitely work with them again!

I have a very heavy garage door that required some additional support because of its age. Luca was the service technician and he came up with solution to provide additional support to keep my door operational. He was very professional and knowledgeable and is an excellent representative of Precision Garage Doors. I would use this company again because of Luca.

These guys are not the cheapest, but they are easily the most reliable and highest quality. They did the initial installation of our two garage door openers and the work was fantastic. One of the openers started to make a funny noise about a year later. I called them and they responded enthusiastically and quickly. A few days later they arrived and diagnosed a defective motor. I expected there would have to be a second appointment to replace the unit. I was wrong—the technician brought a replacement opener with him. I stepped out into the garage to check on progress and he was busily installing the new opener. The entire repair was handled under warranty and didn’t cost me a penny. Think hard about pinching pennies when selecting a garage door company. You’ll pay more in the long run in frustration, poor workmanship and hassle. Precision Garage Door is my garage door company.

Response was very quick, they wre even running ahead of schedule. The technician was very polite and very thorough. Will call them again in the future.

Matt was my technician. He not only diagnosed the issue that created the problem with the door, he suggested that I find the installer and get them to repair the issues they created. When it was discovered that the original installation company no longer does business in Oregon, Matt returned and effectuated a repair that has the door system functioning as it never has before. I am delighted.

Eric was awesome. Explained what he could do and performed the work quickly. Transparent about pricing and offered a couple of extra finishing nails to see if I could get the flashing to stay up.

On-line booking around 7 am, tech here 11 am same day. Came to repair a broken spring, found several other real issues. Previous homeowner had skipped maintenance fixes. Got door working like new - very happy with the results. Not cheap - you pay for quality and results.

We called Saturday morning and that afternoon we had a appointment. At no extra-charge on a weekend verses a weekday. Orgionally thought we just had a cable issue. It was actually a torsion spring that had snapped into and needed replaced. Also our sensor wasn't working properly Mike was great, he also replaced our weather stripping which was badly needed. Precision Garage Door Service is a Best in Class communications and service provider! Sean assessed our garage door, which had on and off issues. He provided a good explanation of what the issues were as well as the options available to us. Our garage door was 10 - 15 years old so we decided to have a new unit installed. Sean also updated our MyQ app and car remote settings. Very friendly service throughout!!!

Our garage door springs broke around 2pm on a Saturday!! We needed it repaired ASAP. Did a quick google search, saw the ratings and called Precision, along with several other companies. Precision could respond the quickest, so we cancelled the others. I received an email confirmation immediately acknowledging appointment. Then I received a text an hour after saying our technician Dejuan was on his way. He arrived in a company van full of every part needed for any emergency repair, very well prepared. Dejuan looked over the issue and thoroughly explained what was needed to be done. An hour later it was fixed and he was on his way. I HIGHLY recommend Precision. It was a fantastic experience, great quality, and Dejuan was stellar!

Love my new garage door opener. This past year I lost power due to storms and I was unable to get my car out of the garage without using the manual emergency opener. Jared was great. He showed me an opener with a battery backup. Now when I lose power I can still get my car out of the garage. I can also open it remotely for service providers or package delivery. I loved working with Jared. He not only showed me a great product but he also worked with me on the price and my schedule to install it. He also showed me how to download and set up the app. Jared made the whole process so easy. Highly recommend.

It opens and closes so quietly which is so nice. Rob was extremely knowledgeable and someone who enjoys his job. It shows! He ensured I was completely satisfied with his professional job. Frankie was great. He explained what had happened to the garage door springs. He gave me options. He took his time and did not rush through the job. He kept all the old parts and showed them to me, and then took them with him. Frankie was very friendly. My garage door was making lots of noise. I also needed help getting programming done on outdoor pad and in car. I chose Precision because the prior owner left their information in the garage. I called before noon and Steve Ray from Precision came out the same day. Steve tested the door and did not find anything except wear & tear. He tried to program the outside pad but the pad was so old the prior pin could not be overridden without investigation-that info was on the pad. One of my openers would not work. Turns out my opener was 24 years old. I asked about just getting a new opener and Steve showed me the 3 choices. I opted for the WIFI, LED opener. Steve came back on Saturday, replaced the opener, programmed the 2 new openers, the outdoor pad, my car, and set up the phone app to control the opener. I decided to replace rollers & pulleys due to wear. Steve was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I really appreciated his clear and concise information. He did a fantastic job and I really like my new garage door opener. Great experience.

After calling PGDs, we had a technician working on a faulty safety sensor within two hours. Dustin was very through in his evaluation and correction of our problem. Since we were nearing our planned annual preventative maintenance date, he went ahead and knocked that out during the same visit.

My old door and springs broke. Made an appointment online for someone to take a look at it. It wasn't really salvageable so I was able to schedule an appointment a few days later to have the whole thing replaced. Very convenient. Very professional.

Our Precision door survived hurricanes Helene and Milton. The cable system needed realignment and the service to repair it was a stress-free experience.

Estimate of arrival time not accurate. However I realize some jobs run over time and delay other jobs. Luke was our technician and he was polite, friendly and I could tell he likes his job because he was always smiling. He was detailed, and observant of the defects in our garage door assembly. He was detailed, thorough, and did a great job checking and adjusting the system. I would want him on my team if I owned this business. I Tore off a competitors label on the garage door and now precision is my go to company.

I have used Precision Garage Door Service for over 30 years in two residences. Service always has been prompt and satisfactory. Their service men are always pleasant and courteous. Today I had a young man named Dustin who was especially pleasant and explained the necessary repair needed, which was a new battery, He completed his work in a short time and also checked out the garage door and opener to make sure that there wasn't anything else that might be an upcoming problem. I would never consider any other firm.

First of all, we love the way Rebecca arrives in a truck that has all the products for us to see. Now that was impressive!! No need to run around to a show room. It's at your door step. It's obvious that your associates love their jobs. You don't see too much of that any more. Rebecca hit it out of the park. The installers were so professional and friendly. They did an excellent install, set up the remotes and even advised us on maintenance. Plus, they left the garage nice and clean. No cleanup needed after them.
