Chris explained our situation clearly and the multiple options and prices to have two functioning garage doors, again. He offered to fix or replace the openers with the respective warranty benefits and costs. We did not expect to spend over $1000 today but surmised it was the best solution to remove the problem. We chose to install new belt-driven Lift-Masters with the lifetime warranty and springs. Chris performed excellent work and programmed the openers to our vehicles in the estimated 90 minutes. My wife and I appreciated the honest assessment, estimate and quality work delivered by Chris. Precision will be our contact if we encounter unexpected garage door opener failure. Thank you for your expertise and excellent service.

I was really happy with the way the girls in the office kept everything running and on time and me informed. Tech who came to do the job was very knowable in what and how to install the new door. Anything little problem that came up, he found a solution for without hesitation. Watching him work you can tell he knew his job very well and took pride in his work. He was also pleasant to talk to. I give him credit for working in the cold weather conditions and with his back problem. I could tell at times that it hurt, but it did not slow him down.

When I had to have my garage door repaired, I turned to Precision and they didn't disappoint! My technician, Tim Rainey, called me prior to arriving and thoroughly walked me through the process. He then proceeded to show up on time, perform the repairs exactly as promised, and at a good price. Tim did this with outstanding passion and customer service!
