a little pricier than I thought it would be. Charged $800 for 2 coils which I could have bought from Home Depot for under $200 (for the most expensive brand). Tech (Brian) was excellent.

Thank you Precision for coming so fast for our garage door needs! Our cable had snapped in our garage and we were worried we would have to be waiting weeks to get someone in to fix it. Precision was there the next day! Sean was our technician and was so informative, pleasant and efficient! He assessed our door within 10 minutes and gave us a variety of options to choose from. I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door service. From start to finish, everything was clearly communicated, professional and efficient. I especially liked the clear communication of who was making the call. For my inital visit, Brian was the rep and he did a great job with the sales team to fit my needs which was a garage door replacement. He was clear in explaining all the options, etc. Very satisfied. I waited till the job was done to post a review because I wanted to make sure the install went as smooth as the sale, and it did. Nick was the lead on the install and he was polite, clear and explained all the features of my new door. Andres was his helper and also did a fine job. My center spring rod bracket ripped from the framing and was holding on by one bolt. Almost 40 years old. I had lived here 20+ years. Sean got here on time and we discussed the system, what had been replaced and when. And moreover what was original equipment and its condition. As asked he gave me cost options; the bracket alone, plus other worn components, plus ok but very old components. I took the full package and with the opener that l replaced a few years ago have effectively a completely new system. And it is so quiet now! I didn’t realized how badly the hardware was wearing with the gradually increasing noise level over the years. Sean’s first question, does the noise bother you? Not anymore. Nice job Sean. Try these guys out.

Literally got one day service from phone call to completion. The technician, Brian, was very professional in explaining my options on repair vs replace. I opted for major repair and it was completed in an hour and a half; new springs, rotors, cables, motor, controller and remotes. Very pleased and highly recommend.
