we had two garage doors that were in need of repair and wanted new openers for both doors. Precision Technician Alan and his assistant. Was very understanding and gave us multiple options on how to fix and install with keeping original doors. they were very courteous, clean, and was very professional and informative on every step that they were doing. they did a very good job and very professional. John Delpiu was my service technician. John arrived before the time. Great ! John offered 3 tiers of estimates. Work was explained, repairs made. Works like new . Only reason 4 Stars, pricing was a little more than I was anticipating. I would call again, without hesitation.

Had a new motor door and track put in Weather stripping was folding under outer seal Tech came out pulled it out just happened again after using door Another tech came out had to put another board under it he was a manager doesn't do service calls Now I find out keypad is programmed wrong will open when enter is pushed Said a tech would call waiting 9 hours I'll fix it myself Also used some existing wiring in garage Couldn't be bother to rewire Forget about getting the job done right the first time
