Precision came highly recommended on our local Facebook page. I had one broken garage door, one semi-functioning, and one that seemed a bit off-kilter. I was able to schedule an appt online instead of calling in (which I love) and they called me about 30 minutes later to confirm the appt and get some more information. They gave me a 4-hour window for the very next day AND, their technician, Brian, called me BEFORE the window even started to let me know that he anticipated arriving during the second half of the window. The repairs were done thoroughly and efficiently and he walked me through everything I needed to know. Very polite and professional service and I would definitely recommend this company.

Precision provides a friendly voice when you call and helps you set your appointnment right away. They send you a picture of their repair person to you and your window. Matt Delwald who was our service technician was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Problem solved and cost was fair. Matt had installed our new garage door opener and tracks last year. Very glad to see him here. i recommend Precision to anyone for great service and price.

Service was excellent. The technician came within 2 hours of my call. Explained all the options I had and then put in a new motor and wiring in less than two hours. He then did a brief demonstration and it works great.

Called and was able to get an appointment the very next day. All safety precautions were taken. Matthew explained all options to address my problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. When the install was completed he explained how to use the new opener. Matthew arrived ahead of schedule, was very professional, and within 45 minutes was done with the entire job. He showed me how everything was working, and went over all the parts with me just to let me know about the general wear and tear on the rest of the mechanisms that may need replacement soon. Scheduler provides a choice of time options, then confirmed my choice by text. Technician contacted me before arrival, arrived on time, diagnosed and gave repair estimate with one option not to include, then performed the repairs in a timely fashion. I have used Precision with excellent results. Today Luigi called twice to update his ETA, inspected door mechanisms and explained power sequence for me to understand which switches should be on or off for the doors to function. Luigi did a terrific job and handled himself very professionally.

Erik was great. I'd give him a 10 out of 10 rating. It was unfortunate the issue was reused angle iron not properly installed by whomever installed an opener originally - I know it was not Precision. Erick did a great job fixing it none the less.

This was our first time using Precision. When I first called, as I was setting up the initial appointment, I lost connection and they called back! They were pleasant and professional. The two gentleman who called prior to showing up at the house were able to access the situation and give a fair estimate. Kevin and Luigi worked well and knew what they were doing!!!
