The tech called an hr. before the appt.to confirm appt and location. On time and started right away. Took pictures before he started to explain what he found. He gave me options of the different grade parts and 1 1/2 hr later he very professionally finished the job. Highly recommend

The original problem with my garage system was about the sensors. But it was somehow connected with the weather so when the 1st technician has come, it somehow did not present itself and the technican just has managed to make the system working by applying some adjustments. Unfortunately the next day was an extreme cold and the door stopped closing again. I am glad that when I called for help again, the office has sent me Mathew. He checked all the equipment and gave me a clear pictire of the shape of my system. He offered me to replace the sensors but honestly warned me that moneywise it would not be the best decision on my side. He brought my attention to the loose springs, weared ball bearings and of course, broken sensors. Based on his explanation it was clear for me what I shall do: to buy a replacement package with a 10-year warranty. After receiving my agreement Mathew replaced the old components and installed a new one in extremely short time. Everything was working smoothly and reliably. I am really glad that I found the Precision Garage with such a good workers and chose it over any other Internet offers. Thank you, Mathew; thank you, Precision Garage Doors.

Had a new door opener installed and spring replacement. Great job. Service specialist did an excellent job and was very friendly. Provided a bio of himself prior to arrival which gives you an idea of who you are welcoming into your house. A little more expensive then what I was expecting but worth it.
