Professional from start to finish. Not only did they come within the designated hours, but called twice to let me know closer timing and even sent a photo of the technician. He was thorough, didn't rush me, and gave me options as to what I needed to replace and what I could salvage from the old doors. Very friendly and nice to work with. Plus he did not need to come back and had everything he needed with him

Basic service call. Ryan, the technician, did a very thorough inspection of our problem and made some recommendations that we will take into consideration. Ryan said that he would get back to us in regard to a repair needed on the bottom of our garage door - weather stripping. All in all we are very pleased with Precision.
