I was very impressed with the professionalism exhibited by Precision Door. The communications were very helpful and gave me confidence in your services. The technician was Ryan Patrick Murphy, and I was also impressed with not only his professionalism, but also how well he kept his truck, the quality of his tools, and how knowledgeable he was. His workmanship was also outstanding. Too bad I saw the coupon in the Star-Ledger after the fact. It would have put the icing on the cake!

Techs George and Mike brought me out of the stone age taking out the very old sears unit I had which cables snapped , springs broke and finally gears stripped on the main motor. They arrived quick and gave me new liftmaster unit and fixed everything else wrong. Had door working in no time, very professional, very smart, gents. I have a keypad outside now I don't have to call up someone inside the house or walk all the way inside through far front door to get the garage door to open. Will keep us from getting wet in rain since garage door is next to where we all park as well as giving us security with a code to enter. I don't have to get out of bed when the power goes out and my wife is screaming help b/c her car is trapped inside the garage, late for work and needs me to get generator going just to open the door. George and Mike installed garage door opener with backup battery, smart!!! We are finding more conveniences as days go by with this new garage door opener unit. motion sensor light AWESOME! We have to say Thank you George and Mike!!!! Give these guys a raise! Jim and Elena
