Xavi. Was very professional. He called prior to coming said what time he would be arriving and was on time. This is the first one I’ve needed to have my garage door replaced Xavi went to work immediately upon arrival. Finished the job within the timeframe he said it would take him. Cleaned up after himself which is appreciate . He made sure everything’s was working properly before he left.

I found your website on Google with the number to the office that services Woodbridge. I was referred to the north Jersey office and was able to get an appt. that same day in the afternoon. Matt DeWald was the technician who was sent. I cannot praise Matt enough for his professionalism, efficiency, knowledge and desire to make sure I was completely happy and satisfied. I originally called to repair a broken chain and ended up buying a new garage door of my dreams. It was not a gimmick or hard sell by any means ... the existing door, motor and all parts were the original from when the garage was built in 1962. It was time for an upgrade and Matt was able to quote me a price that fit my pocketbook. I highly recommend Matt and so far only have good feelings for Precision as a company.
