Matthew was WONDERFUL! He was polite and courteous. He got the car remote functioning again and installed an additional wall mounted remote. Then, just because, he lubricated the tracks and rollers. In and out in about 30 minutes. Technicians like Matthew, a quick response time and service are a few of the reasons we’re happy we chose Precision! Thank you!

I highly recommend Precision Overhead garage door service. My technician Luke was excellent. He explained all the issues with my garage doors. Some needed to be addressed immediately and others could have waited, but because I had complete trust in his abilities, I proceeded with a complete overhaul. Luke explained all the costs before starting the job and cleaned up afterward. I was very impressed with how well his service truck was stocked. Precision is ready for whatever problems they encounter in the field. Their customer service is excellent too!! I won't hesitate to recommend Precision to family and friends!
