We had John D. from Precision come today for a tune up (lubricating rollers, belt tune up, motor check up). We had our garage door also installed by Precision 2 years ago. John was timely, friendly and very knowledgeable. We’re satisfied with the service and explanations. Definitely recommend Precision for garage door install and servicing.

The tech John , was on time. Polite. And knowledgeable , and explained what he could and couldn't deliver. I should mention he was called in to fix another contractor's mess. He did everything he said he could do ,and door is in good working order it took longer then I believe he expected but didn't stop until it was as he said it would be. I would use again. And recommend. Thanks John , and precision garage door.

I usually will use my handy man and get everything from Home Depot to save money. I called Precision and set up an appt for an estimate just to see what their prices were. The price that i got from them was GREAT ! They sent me emails etc with info regarding time arrivals. Invoice was there as well. Still can't believe how simple they made it all. Yes, if you need a garage door , definitely give them a call ! They were AWESOME !!!
