Scheduling was easy, talked to a person, not a machine. Repairman (Jeff) was punctual, helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Explained all options but was honest in saying our motor was still very good. Jeff was very positive, clean and respectful of our property and did a good job replacing springs. Highly Recommend

We were so incredibly impressed with Precision Door! Not only did we receive confirmation emails and texts regarding our appointment, but our technician Brian was fantastic. He promptly arrived when we were told he would, and he was exceptionally knowledgeable about what needed to get fixed on our door. At no point did I feel like this job wasn’t in good hands.
