Needed help with faulty wall control and reprogramming two garage doors. I contacted Precision on a Sunday and got an appt. for first thing on Monday. Sean called to let me know the arrival time and got to the house at 9 am. He was professional, skilled, and a good communicator. All was repaired in one hour. In this day of poor service/staffing Sean and Precision are top-notch. They are not the least expensive but when you take into account pricing, skilled tech, communication and timeliness they are the firm to call!

One of our garage doors had a cable snap and we called our local garage door repair company which we had used for more than several decades. They did a shoddy job to the tune of more than $1000 and still the garage door did not function correctly. I found Precision on line. The woman who answered the phone was kind, took a quick history of what was wrong and quickly scheduled an appointment within 48 hours. Our serviceman was Kevin. He called before he came to advise me of his ETA. He showed up promptly. He quickly diagnosed what the other serviceman missed and gave us several well explained options on how to repair the situation. His work was impeccable and was done with a smile in a friendly manner. I would recommend Precison to anyone. I especially would like to give kudos to Kevin who definitely gets an A+ in my book.

After diagnosing the problem with my garage door, he explained the problem to me in layperson’s terms, laid out all the options and the associated costs. The job was completed in an efficient manner, the work area was clean and he took the time necessary to go over the system set up, including the app. I don’t remember when (if ever) I’d been so satisfied with a service call. Between the reviews and service offerings listed, I decided to call Precision for my first estimate of the work needed. I liked the ease and follow-up in setting up the appointment for the next day. After the Tech, Sean, evaluated the repairs needed and/or recommended, I felt very confident in his ability, his professionalism and his patience in explaining the recommended repairs and the discounts offered. I decided no other estimates were needed and the work was done and finished the same day. I can honestly said this has been one of my best experiences in having repair work done.
