I’m going to be honest. I haven’t been happy with precision since getting my garage fixed 10 months ago. The 5 stars is for James Nicholl, the tech that came out today, Saturday, in this terrible heat. James was professional, friendly and explained EVERYTHING. James didn’t beat around the bush or try to upsell. He took time to walk me through what he was doing and WHY he was doing it. This is the first time I don’t feel like I’m just a money sign to precision. That is all thanks to James. I will request him for anything I need.

Very appreciative of the technician Sean. My garage really can hold four cars. Sean in a few seconds observed the problems of the garage door mechanism and Informed us. Gave us our options. Considerate of my daughter working from home. Was quite and quick. We are so happy to have had use of his knowledge. And set a plan to repair and update our complete garage system. Excellent service and did the thinking for us.

It was a pleasure working with the repair rep. Pointed out the problems with the old unit. Explained what was going to be replace with sensor, keypad and hand remotes. Showed me the new sensors and how it worked. The new unit is so much quieter and fast. Removed the old unit and all the packaging. Was on time and even called a couple of times to tell me when he was going to arrive. Would recommend this company to all my friends. Thank you.

Good Afternoon, Erik came today as the tech to address the broken garage door spring at my home. He arrived earlier than expected which is important these days and was extremely polite and professional. We went over different options in regard to the repair itself and also some much-needed updates to my door as it was 10 years old, is used multiple times a day and is very large and heavy at a size of 16'x 8'. Erik completed the job without any issues, went over everything with me upon completion and cleaned up after himself as well. I will not hesitate in the future calling Precision again and even asking for Erik as well. Thanks!!

I used Precision to rebuild my garage 5 years ago and I am very happy that I went with them since they are very professional and timely. I had an emergency today when one side of the door got unhinged from the tracks. They were able to give me an appointment for the day even though they were fully booked. I was also very happy that they honored the warranty. One thing i loved about them is that they are prompt and they send you an email confirmation with the picture of the technician that is assigned to come to your house. The technician that came to our house (Kevin S) was very nice and very professional.
