He was polite, thorough with all of his explanations and most of all extremely patient reviewing several times the various options (from the simplest repair through to replacing the garage doors). Matt was prompt and respectful of my time. He clearly explained the options I had for taking care of my garage door problem, starting with the easiest step first. If the door tune up does not help, I will call precision again to go to the next step.

Matthew Dewald provided the service today. He is extremely courteous, professional, and responsive in addressing the problem. I enjoyed working with him and am quite happy with the service provided. My only concern is the high cost. The wall-mounted garage door opener unit costs around $ 35 at Amazon. I was puzzled why you have to charge $ 318, ten times the cost of the replacement unit. It took him only 15-20 minutes for the entire job. A price tag of around $ 150 would have been acceptable. Again, happy with Matthew's service. Happy to hear your explanation.
