I recently received a coupon for Precision Garage Doors and was meaning to call as our garage door was badly in need of some attention". I looked out my window this morning, one of their vans was at my neighbors. I called never thinking I would get a same day appointment? However, their technician Luke arrived just a few hours later! What a nice fellow, I cannot say enough about what a nice young man he was & that he really knew his business. When I greeted him & after he assessed what I needed. He immediately presented their current coupon to me showing me how I could save money if only on basic maintenance, lubrication. I had left on my coupon on the kitchen counter. In fact, I had forgotten all about it - - so I knew Luke was honest!! The work was completed immediately & in a very timely manner. This was a very good experience as service calls go - - -

Easy online ability to make appointment to replace my 25 year old garage door opener. We were notified early the next morning our technician Dave was on way. That was just too darn easy. Starting from an actual person responding on live chat (when does that ever happen?), all the way to an explanation about how the new system worked, the whole process went down as easily as lemonade on a hot summer day. Service tech David was personable, patient, and thorough in presenting my options, then he went about his work without any further ado. When he was done, he clearly walked me through all the new features, buttons and gizmos I needed to understand. Done! Not sure how it could have been any easier for me.

Scheduled repair visit Sunday night - Robert was here Monday morning. He called in advance to let me know when he would be arriving and was on time. Robert was very personable: shared some maintenance tips. Repair a bit pricy but worth it I think, since we use the garage entrance multiple times a day and I wanted to make sure the door was in spec. Great job all around - will definitely use Precision again when needed. Thanks Robert!
