Unfortunately I didn't get any work done on my garage door, but the service tech was very helpful. He gave me prices and other solutions I can do on my own. I believe his name was Thomas S. Very good tech . Hopefully when we are ready to get the new garage door, he will be the one to install it .

We were very happy from my first phone call to inquire about garage door opener that we wanted, to the technician, Thomas Sackman, coming to our home to give us a quote and finally coming to install our garage door opener the very next day. Thomas was a bright, personable and knowledgable young man. He replaced worn out parts on our garage door, springs that needed replacing and lubricated the door. Once the job was complete, he instructed us how to open and close the door. The motor is so quiet. It is unbelievable. We are very happy with this job well dine and highly recommend Precision if you are in need of a garage door opener! Priced very fairly also.

Erik H. is the best! He called ahead, then came over promptly and diagnosed the problem with my door quickly. I know nothing about garages and he was able to explain the problem and how he was going to fix it. He knows his stuff. He was courteous and professional throughout. I scheduled an appointment with Precision Garage Door to have my garage door repaired. They scheduled my appointment for the next day. Charles Gripenburg my technician called me ahead of my scheduled time making sure i would be home and ready for his visit. Charles was very courteous and professional as he introduced himself. Charles then let me know what options i had and the costs and benefits of each. Once i chose the service i wanted he set everything up in his tablet and asked me to confirm everything and then got started. His work was quick and efficient and he was finished very quickly. Overall this was one of the best service call visits I've ever had and will definitely be using Precision Garage Door when I'm ready to upgrade to a garage door opener.

With the craftmanship that Luke from Precision performed, our 40 year old 2door garage was transformed into an almost state of the art well oiled mechanism with the aid of quality parts and professional touch that went with it. Brian installed new cables, springs and pulleys on our garage door, as well as checking our automatic garage door opener. He was great. Polite, informative and efficient. Very clear in explaining what needed to be taken care of and why. Very happy with his work and would recommend him and Precision Garage Door Door Service to friends. I did not expect it to cost quite as much as it did, but I am very happy with the work done.

The service provided was excellent and efficient. My only issue was when I made the appointment, I was told that that there was no additional charge for labor, which when I got the bill there was. Would have used them anyway, just wish I had known.
