One of our children drove into one of the garage doors installed by Precision a year ago. A tech to analyze the needed repair came super promptly, and when the door panel arrived Precision sent someone to install it promptly. The tech (Eric Holder) who installed the replacement panel also fixed some places where the tracks and doors were scraping against each other. He was great-- proactively communicated, so I knew when to expect him, he did a great fix, and was super cheerful throughout. Could not ask for better service.

We weren't sure what needed to be repaired just that we were having problems with both of our doors even though we had bought new motors less than one year ago from another vendor. Luigi was wonderful. He explained everything to us clearly and patiently. I have no doubt that we made a good decision to replace the springs, pulleys and cables and service everything else.
