A friend told me your company used quality parts and he's very fussy when it comes to his home maintenance. The technician (Kevin) called first, arrived promptly, estimated the time for the work and finished right on time. He made sure I was satisfied with the completed job and was very professional. The price was a bit higher than I had anticipated, but I really think this won't have to be done again. Five Stars
