Paul and Dino did an excellent job replacing my broken garage door. It works perfectly, plus they worked quickly under difficult conditions, it was a windy, rainy day.

Very satisfied with the prompt arrival and service. Did not rate 5 star because of drastic service charge increase from last years maintenance visit.
The repair tech Matt Chwirka was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. The only reason you did not get a 5 star rating is that the item that needed to be replaced was under warranty so Service Item 1 and 3 should be covered at no cost to me.
COLIN G. called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, we discussed what service I wanted to have done, i.e., Lube-n-tune and get the myQ app working. COLIN G. inspected the door and motor, recommending replacing the cables and springs. I declined those services for a later time. COLIN G. was unable to get the myQ app working and referred me to myQ tech support. I called the myQ tech support and they worked with me to get the myQ app working. Two areas that did not meet my expectations: 1) Colin was unable to get the myQ app working. 2) I asked if Colin oiled/lubed the chain/belt and he replied that the chain/belt does not require lube. However, when the new door and new motor were installed, that Precision Tech recommended having the chain/belt lubricated annually and left me a tube to use. As the consumer/customer, I am left confused.
Justin, the precision garage servicemen arrived on time on a snowy day . He had to park on the street and walk up our 120 foot long driveway to our garage. He adjusted our door and sent me a price for a new undamaged door panel . Well done !

Technicians Beau and Stephen were able to come early and service our door and appreciate their honesty and recommendations. While Beau finished the paperwork Stephen gladly helped me with tarp which was unexpected but gladly accepted. I would recommend and use Precision Garage Door again.
a little pricier than I thought it would be. Charged $800 for 2 coils which I could have bought from Home Depot for under $200 (for the most expensive brand). Tech (Brian) was excellent.

I spent a minimum of 8-10 hours trying to make our garage door remote work with our garage door opener. I finally gave up and called Precision Garage Door to see if a tech could fix it. Joey was able to come out the same day and even offered to come earlier than originally expected. Although he could not fix the problem due to incompatibility of the parts, Joey was very professional and made sure I had all the info I needed. I will contact Precision Garage Door in the future and request Joey as the tech if the need comes up.
Other than switching technicians and not having his picture on file. He was very professional and did the work in a timely manner.
My appointment time was 8-10 this morning. After I called to talk to Angie she finally agreed to give me an afternoon time. Drew is super nice guy. The job took him five minutes but the opener is fixed! Your guys are very knowledgeable. It did not need a battery. I think he just wiggled his nose! But appreciate his kind personality.
Repeat Customer-needed an inspection on a garage door system in a recent house purchase. Wait time for service was negligible. Jack was awesome and extremely knowledgeable. Answered all questions and worked until everything was in place and operating perfectly. Knocked a star for getting charged sub $1400 for a $450 top line opener. Even with a full install this is up there in cost. Since labor rate is not disclosed on the invoice, the markup for the opener can only be viewed as price gouging. Work completed was top notch, cost of materials not so much.
Had Genie keypad replaced and reprogrammed. Cost from precosopn $311; Cost fro Amazon approx $30 dollars. The difference is too great. Time on job less than 30 minutes. I have used Precision before (several times) and have been satisfied. But price is too high compared to market. This is my second replacement. So 600 dollars later with competition @ 60 dollars is not reasonable. You should do better. Especially for repeat customers.
The technician you sent was prompt, courteous & knowledgeable. However, the work actually performed to loosen the tension & put the cable back on its pulley with a few squirts of lubricant no way justified a bill for $318.81!! I was happy to pay the $79 service call fee, but ten minutes of actual work (excluding time trying to sell me Upgrades to my door that I neither needed or wanted). Charley was very pleasant but lacked authority to reduce the bill to a reasonable amount for services rendered.
Prompt and courteous service. Knowledgable service representative who explained various aspects of some of the parts that was showing significant wear. Sticker shock at the price of the parts installed.

I chose Precision because you sell the Lift Master and that is what I have. The gentleman that sold me the new garage door was friendly and seemed sincere and took time to explain the problems relating to the door.
Love that I could reach your company at 6:40 p.m., and LOVE it even more that you could schedule me for 8 a.m. to noon, the very next day! Saul, your installer, was prompt, and pointed out that the axle the door runs on could use a replacement. He got the green lite and HAPPY to have my garage door opener back in operating order!
Precision garage Door technicians are always on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. The needed repair was completed this morning. The garage door is functioning properly now, but not many hours have elapsed between the repair and the present. Hopefully the door will continue to function properly in the future. Today's problem was mechanical, not electronic, so I am expecting the repair to be long-lasting.
Our garage door would not open by using any means. An after hours call to Precision arranged for repair early the next morning. The system was completely frozen (original 17 year old unit). Colin was very informative, courteous and professional with his explanation of what needed to be done along with 3 choices of repairs. He made the repairs in the time he said he would. He sent all of the paperwork as he said it would. We have used Precision in the past and will use it again.
Charles was great, efficient, a nice person and attended to the problems. The only concern with Precision Garage door is not with the TECH, but rather with the pricing! Seems a bit expensive, though the work was efficiently accomplished. Perhaps PGD might consider more attractive pricing which could help a retired person such as myself. It would really help us retired people! I've used PGD in the past which is why I used PGD again.

Although we got off to a rough start, Precision Garage Doors rectified the issue expeditiously. Sales rep. offered Friday installation; however, office had no appointment for Friday. Called the office to find out that we were not scheduled for Friday. Paige called us back and rescheduled for Monday. We appreciated management calling to enquire and rectify the issue. On Monday the installer Craig called to say he would be coming earlier than scheduled. We were elated about this change. Craig was an excellent installer; he knew his product and did the job in excellence. He also instructed us how to maintain the garage door on a quarterly basis to keep it lubricated. Precision management and staff thank you for acknowledging the snag and making it good. You demonstrated that the customer comes first and is important to your business. A job well done. We will recommend you to others.

The repair man was a 5 Star. The 4 star was because you gave him the wrong time to arrive which I had verified on Thursday with one of your phone people. Also, the person on the phone earlier in the week when I first called in said that they could not make the same day so setup the appointment for Saturday 10 to 12 and because of that she said she would give me a $25 deduction which the Repair man said he did not have that on his pad.

Office staff very polite, helpful & quick to get me on the schedule. Ray was Great!!!! Communication of eta (arrived ahead of my appointment time!)and answered all my questions as well as provided helpful tips while he was fixing the garage door. Had a very positive experience with this company !!!!! Highly recommend.
Would be five stars except for the price...crazy high but excellent work and very knowledgeable service person.
Provided with wrong install date which left me sitting in a empty house for over 4 hours I was told I was sent a text changing date but they forgot to hit send. Technician was great however he wasn’t told to bring a screw opener arm so they have to come back again. I was given a $200 discount for wrong date. The door looks good.
They did good work. I don’t know if I got a good deal or a bad deal but they did everything they could to get the job done. The two installers were very cordial and they were very efficient from the time they got they finished!

We had a broken spring over the weekend. I had called one company on a Sunday and they said they would have to charge an extra fee for emergency service. I declined then called Precision first thing Monday morning. They showed up at noon, took some time to assess our door, and offered to make some needed repairs. It ended up being more than just a replacement spring but when they were finished we could tell right away how much better everything was. They were friendly and did not pressure us to do more than we wanted. They also made sure we knew that they never charge extra for emergencies - even on weekends. I would definitely call them again.
Technician was very professional and worked hard to correct the problem. Seems as though his suggestion of new motor was spot on, have him returning tomorrow to install one after repair yesterday did not hold.

Prompt, professional service. Quality people all around. The service tech was great. The only ding is that when chatting on the site they could have been clearer on the pricing. I was taken aback by the actual sticker shock compared to what I thought it would be based on the chat. Otherwise, a good experience...and I can now get my car out of the garage!!
The large gate to my driveway stopped working and Precision Door was the only company that could take care for our issue in the same day, a Friday. The technician that can to our house to trouble shoot this issue spent about 10 minutes looking at our system and said I need a new system. I need a guarantee that the new system installed on Monday. He guaranteed that. On Monday, Chris Moreland showed up in the window I was told he would arrive. Chris was extremely professional and technically proficient. As things needed to be changed, he gave me options with a best recommendation. Once the job was done, he made sure everything was cleaned up. Chris was awesome!!

Great service and technician. Replaced my garage door springs in an hour. There was an error in my invoice, but was quickly resolved with a phone call.
Matt E was on time, explained my options was courteous and got right to work. Got to talk a little about our Navy days. Maybe Matt did such a good job that I won't have anymore problems but if I do, I'll call Preision again.
So far, so good - hard to judge the date of install. Installation went well and site was left clean. The immediate question is why the 34.95/month internet app access charge was not mentioned when Precision sold us on the operator’s web access. A friend has a competitor’s app with no charge!
RE: Invoice 82602029 Full repair (10 year warranty) - 10 year warranty parts 5 year warranty labor Door operates smoothly, but bottom corners on door are both now bent. Can that be banged out to look better? I can provide pictures.
The experience booking service and receiving service was all very positive. The two-man team who came to my house called 30 min before arrival to confirm the time, they were very polite, and arrived just as promised. They determined the issue (one of my springs had broken) and told me that I needed new springs at minimum and recommended new pulleys, new wheels and new cable and safety cable. They gave me 3 estimates (good, better and best). I was shocked at the cost! When I called to make an appointment and asked for a basic estimate I was told that there was no way they could give me an idea of price. My time was tight, so I went with it. Basically, I ended up paying over $1000. Now maybe this is just what it costs, but had I been given a rough ball park range of possible costs, I would definitely have Gott en more estimates. It would have given me some peace of mind to know that this is just what these things cost. But as they had already arrived and would charge me $85 for coming, I agreed to proceed. The service was good, the people were. charming and efficient, so all that was positive. My only reservation was that I had no advance warning that this is what it would cost and no way to back out of it without losing my $85 service fee. Yes I recommend them, but first get estimates from other companies before you call this company. It is worth paying a little more for the best, but it is important to know what other companies charge before making that decision.
The only concern was the high price. Everything else was good.
The service was great but $220 for less than an hour's labor seems a bit excessive.
Mike, the installer, was great, but I had to follow up 4 times with the office to get the documentation of our lifetime warranty. No return call until I said that I might write a bad review or stop payment on my credit card.
Precision was recommended to me after having poor service from another company. Their response time for my problem was very prompt and professional. Zack was my technician and provided excellent workmanship and was very helpful and courteous in every way.

Purchased garage door from Home Depot and Precision was their installer. Quick appointment to measure garage opening with a Precision employee who was very professional and explained exactly how process would go. We knew it would take several months from date of purchase to date of install due to fabrication at factory. Finally had install date along with confirmation email and phone call. On that date, no one showed up; no one called; not anything. That is the reason for my 4 stars instead of 5. I was never given an explanation even after calling Precision the next morning as to why I was ghosted. Given second install date. This time Sean and his partner showed up as promised. They worked half the day and we couldn't be more please with the outcome. Great job guys!
The tech was on time and extremely polite and professional. The receptionist on the other hand almost caused me to hang up and go other service provider. My history and past performance with this provider was the only reason I did not hangup.
Technician was knowledgeable, and helpful. Work done to my satisfaction.
Timely service, easy to arrange
Michael called ahead and arrived on time. He was very courteous and friendly. He said that he had heard that the rubber gasket on the bottom of my door was no longer available but I just ordered it on Amazon for $75. His quote for a new gasket was over $400. He also gave me a quote for a whole new garage door which was over $3,000 which I didn’t ask for. You should have been able to replace my rubber gasket in my opinion.
Every6thing went well. Lucas, the tech, was thorough and efficient. He also explained the entire process and reviewed everything with me before he left.
Thank you for a job well done. Joe came out the first day and was able to get the door back down and gave me my options. Shaun came out with another young man (I can not remember his name) and they did the install. They were very good, they cleaned up when complete and made sure I was satisfied with the work done.

Mike, the associate who fixed our garage door springs was professional and friendly. He was on time and gave us good options. The advertisement of springs starting at $140 is a little misleading. Labor and other materials is not included.
Tech did a good job replacing worn but still functional door parts.

Andrew was very accommodating in providing services for us that involved rekeying our key pad to utilize for our garage door.
Alex was extremely personable, professional and helpful! He explained my issue as well as the corrective action. He pointed out several other issues and was very honest and forthright in his explanation. The same job that cost $236 five years ago cost more than double that this time. Other than the cost, this was a very good experience.

I really liked Alana who put together our estimate for insurance. She is totally awesome. That being said a mistake was made on the estimate where the garage door opener dollar amount was not issued to insurance on the estimate. We spoke with her and decided we all make mistakes and offered to pay 250.00 out of pocket for them to install the garage door opener. We were told they use a standard genie garage opener at the cost of 499.00. All was fine until the door was installed and we went out and seen they installed the cheapest genie opener valued at 160.00 that appeared it was for a 1 car garage. I would also like to say the installer of the garage door & opener was awesome as well. That’s not good business practice especially since it was their error. I’ve called to have them remove and refund our money for the garage door opener. They agreed but to date the money hasn’t made it back to our card. I intend to report this to the BBB.
Courteous and friendly, Greg went out of his way to explain and educate. A+
l had a complete overhaul of 2 garage doors. Everything except the doors and tracks was replaced. It was quite pricey, but it seems to be a quality product. It was a very hot day, and it took the technician about 10 hours to complete the job. Maybe sending a second technician would have been a good idea. At the end of the job, the technician was very tired and the clean up was not as thorough as I would have liked. Screws that could have caused a flat tire were left on the floor and in the driveway, and dirty hand prints on doors.
Explained the process and asked if I had any questions. Fixed my door, cleaned up his work area. Paid our agreed price and he was in his way.
I would give it 5 stars but I am not sure about the price. Could be great but had not done the research because I didn’t know what was wrong. But the techs were great. Explained the issue, answered any questions I had and did the whole thing in 45 minutes. If I ultimately find out it was a good price I would give them a 5.
