I was beyond satisfied with Precision Garage Door. I Googled a service company in our area that could help with our garage door issue and chose Precision based on prior reviews. Scheduling was simple with multiple time slots available within a day or two. We also received several updates from the technician as to his arrival time as well as prior notice of his background with photo. Luke, our technician, was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to fix our problem quickly and our garage door is working better than it ever has. I'd highly recommend this company.

Our garage door broke at 7:00 pm. I called precision and they set me up with a technician to come to our house between 8-12 time the next morning. The technician called us at 8:30 am and let us know he would be at our house by 9:15. Brian was our technician. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He asked for a few minutes to assess the situation and then described several different options for us to choose from. He completed the work and then clearly described everything he had done and showed us pictures of the inside of our garage door opener. We are so happy we called precision right away!

Your staff kept us aware of the time of arrival of Matthew, as did Matthew also. Good communication between customers and service personnel. Matt was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He examined the existing situation, and then offered potential approaches, pros and cons, and approximate costs of each. Once the option was selected, Matt set about carrying it out efficiently and effectively. We were also thankful for the prompt response to our initial inquiry, which was made by internet about 8pm and by 2pm the next day, the door had been repaired. Thank You!
