My repairman, Brian, did a great job fixing my garage door, which had a broken spring and was no longer opening. I booked my service appointment online, which I liked because I could easily pick my day and timeframe. Brian arrived and completed the work all within that selected timeframe. He also took the time to explain to me the various parts of the garage door and which items did or did not need to be replaced. He was courteous and professional throughout the appointment. This job was very unprofessionally done. After the install when I came home, I could see that the moldings around the door were not sealed properly the corners were not matched properly, and there were gaps between the moldings and the wood that they were attached to. And some of the moldings were cracked. As I walked inside I could see that the wires were hanging all over the place, the wires were not neatly tucked away at all. I tested the door on the right side of the garage, and it stopped working after two tries. I called to tell them, and they said they would not come till next Friday. They said they had nobody in the area. When the salesman sold me the doors they said they had people in the area. They are liars. My advice to anybody reading this report is not to use this company. They came to my house for more times after that to fix all the problems of a simple two garage door installation. They gave me one excuse after another. The people that they hire should not be installing doors. And my door right now is making a noise and they’re probably going to have to come again.
