The repair that I needed for my garage door came as a complete surprise. Precision Door service was one of the top three companies listed when I did my google search. I was completely blown away by the professionalism and the attention to detail from my initial call to the actual response and repair of my garage doors. Everything from the email confirmation, to the text message confirming the service tech was on the way, to the call from the service tech updating the exact time I could expect his arrival exceeded my expectations. The service has been incredible, and the service tech. John Delpiu took the hassle out of the project by listening to my concerns and explaining my repair options step by step. It's been years since I've witnessed customer service like this. Precision Door Service has set the standard in customer service and they now have a friend and customer for life.

was not very happy with the service men who did the work on my garage door not very friendly.I myself who is handicapped when it came to pay my bill he said he did 'nt have change I can not believe that your men do not have any change on them I saw the worried look on his face so I just him a 5 dollar and he left. not good
