A human being answered the phone when I called to make an appointment, I was given an appointment right away, and Matt, the serviceman came EARLY, diagnosed the problem and fixed it the same day in less than 2 hours. All together a shocking experience (in a good way) in this age of apathetic customer service.

Tech. IDed the problem. Explained and demo'd causes/ did the rebuild on two doors; explained the additional features and linked my cars to both overheads. Operation now whisper quiet. I thought price was a little rich, but no question, I think I got my money's worth. Would def. use you again.

Glen was pleasant and efficient. Rollers were off the track on an old mechanism. He replaced the moving parts and it works beautifully now.

service man arrived in scheduled window and spent a lot of time analyzing different options in fixing my garage door. In the end the option he went with was the most affordable and the door is working better than when it was originally installed 10 years ago(by another company).

We had used Precision a few years ago and were very pleased with their service and were even more satisfied this time. The serviceman (Lou) was on time (a rare event these days) and very professional in his repairing our garage door. He also explained the problem and what the repair would entail.
