The online scheduling portal sets it apart from other local businesses. In this age and time, all companies should have a similar system. I am able to go on the website and schedule and see the availability in an instant. I was able to schedule without a hassle and the company was able to arrive and complete the job ahead of schedule. Also, Precision seemed like the only company available on the weekend which made the experience more convenient.

The day of the service the technician called me to advice that he was coming over to check the door. When he came to check the door he ask me what happen and in few minutes he told me what was wrong with the door and gave me recommendations of what could be done. Once I gave him the green light to do the service in like half an hour or less the job was done and he showed me what he did and that the garage door was working properly. I would recommend there service to anyone because they would have your door up and running really quick.

Glenn was my service professional for this call. I was originally going to have my garage door opener repaired, but after hearing the pros and cons from Glenn, I decided to get a new one. He explained everything he would do and let me know that my garage door mechanisms were in bad shape. Again, explained everything and allowed me to make an informed decision before proceeding. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. As before when I used Precision, it was a great experience!

Let me start of by saying you don't provide enough space in this area for the ACCOLADES I give you and your technician Kenny. He was OUTSTANDING! Extremely knowledgeable, very polite and left the garage FAR cleaner than when he started. We had an issue with one of the circuit boards on the closer and he was diligent and worked through the issue, even though this was his first time coming across this issue. I can't thank you and Kenny enough for the excellent installation and workmanship. I will recommend your company at any opportunity. Really appreciate the work, Kenny CLEARLY deserves a raise.

My rating for the entire experience with Precision is a 5- that includes scheduling the appointment as well. The service tech, John contacted me, as requested, 30 min. before coming. He was prompt, efficient, polite and able to take care of the problem related to programming my garage openers relatively quickly.
