Wow! I was super impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of both Matt and John, who came to fix my broken garage door. First, let's start at the beginning. My garage door broke around 4:30 pm on Friday. I gave a call around 5pm to Precision (I found you on Google and based on my review of your website and after reading so many of the positive customer feedback/reviews, I was sure you were the right company for me...Kudos to your advertising, but it also goes to show that your workmanship is a cut above the rest with so many satisfied customers). I had no expectation of reaching anyone on a Friday evening at 5pm, but to my happy surprise, I spoke to a live person who set me up w/ an appt. the very next day! Whoa! (insert hands clapping & big smile : ) Sat. morning, Matt called to inform me he was on his way and when he and John arrived, they assessed the situation and gave me my options. BTW...they were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. No high-pressure salesman tactics (BIG +). They completed the job in record time, went over everything (before and after the job was done), tested everything and made sure I was left as one happy customer. I would HIGHLY recommend Precision Doors to anyone who needs garage door work. Their expertise, professionalism, efficiency, and just overall nice guys are a true pleasure to work with. GREAT JOB GUYS, THANKS SO MUCH!

Lou detected the jamming issue in 5 seconds, and fixed it in 30 mins. He is very polite, professional (and friendly). Didn't give any false/shady things to be done(which others do for extra money). Little expensive, but far less headache.

5 stars. Glenn was great. On time. Courteous and explained everything. Work was done efficiently and clean. Even tidied up a slight wiring mess from previous install. Addition to new opener replaced rollers, springs and other door mechanisms. All looks good.
