Left without programming one of the remotes for the garage. When we called, they wouldn't send him back. We have to wait till next week to have somebody come back out. If you have two garage doors and two remotes, why wouldn't you program them both he left one of them unopened in a bag. we paid a premium price of $1200 to replace just one motor. You would think at that price we would get by star service.

The installer (John P.) was very informative and explained exactly why I had experienced the problem with the door. While I had already realized a new opener was necessary, John gave me options, then performed the work efficiently, making accommodations for future planned garage updates. I've had Precision work at my previous house and was very impressed with the prompt and courteous attention to the customer, rare these days. Will certainly employ them for the rest of the garage overhaul later this summer.

This is the third time I have used Precision Door. The first time I had a programming problem, which the technician fixed, but left me with a minor problem that required a second technician to return the next day. A different technician returned the next day and repaired the problem. He waived the service fee and only charged me for the part. I felt he handled the situation well and made sure I was satisfied, and I called them again when I had problems at a different house. The next two times I needed their service for broken springs on two different garage doors, they came the next day and gave me options to just fix the immediate problem or perform full reconstruction of the springs, cables, etc. They explained everything clearly. I went with the full reconstruction, because the doors were 20 years old. The full reconstruction includes 10 year warranty. Every technician was polite and competent. This is a very good service and I would highly recommend them.
