I chose Precision because of their stellar reviews on Angie's List. Brian H arrived promptly, fixed the broken spring quickly and tested the door's operation several times. His truck was fully stocked with everything he needed. He also tested our other garage door to make sure it was operating correctly. Brian H was courteous and explained everything fully. Even my very protective dog liked him!
