The team that installed my garage door and new opener were great. They came on time, worked neatly and efficiently. They finished the job in about 2 hours without any problems. Our technician was Thomas Sackmann and he was very punctual, professional, and friendly. If not for him we would have broken the window to get into our garage. He saved us the headache (and cost) of having to deal with a broken window! The whole process - from the first call to resolving of my issue - was very smooth and efficient. Honesty and reliability. I had my door rebuilt by them in 2012 and purchased the warranty. Since then I have needed them on three times. Each time I called I got someone on the phone. Each time they were able to come the following day at the latest. Each time the door was repaired within a few hours. Each time parts and labor were fully covered under the warranty. I highly recommend this company.

10-Star Rating!! Vince D.'s work ethic and workmanship were second to none. New cables, pulleys, and springs were installed on our remote-controlled garage door. The repairs needed were articulately explained beforehand, and the customer service and evident professionalism left me feeling highly confident in our choice of Precision. If only all service providers could measure up!

Excellent job. With the key pad and openers not working , and the only other access to the garage was though a window with obstacles on the other side; and the disconnect chord pulled through to prevent a break in; the repairman figured out a way to access the wiring and jumper out the system. Great job well done.

Today was the second time I've used Precision in the 15 years we've owned our house. The first time was 4 years ago. It's an old door and they do the necessary repairs. They don't try to oversell parts that aren't absolutely necessary. Nice repairman, worked quickly. Did not take up my whole day waiting.
