Kyle and Will did a fine job in installing a new garage door. They had to do additional wood replacement and framing and that worked out well. Both Kyle and Will were easy to talk to and were good workers. Over the years I have seen your trucks/vans within a 5 mile vicinity, and last year a local resident had Precision Garage Door install or service his door. Your technician was excellent in all respects. I decided to replace the now ancient, heavy, sixteen-foot wooden door, installed ca. 1962. I didn't want to worry about future repair issues. Chris, the technician, presented the options and associated costs clearly and effectively. He knows his "onions." You've done work for me in the past, and I've been pleased with the results. I'm confident the new door installation will move along smoothly.

Glenn G. arrived promptly. He replaced the pulleys. The door is opening more smoothly. Glenn replaced the opener earlier in the year. That's how I know about him. Requested him for this visit. Nice and respectful guy. Very professional.

The service was great. The installer Brian called before arriving which was very professional. He explained all our options and he checked our garage system. He didn't take that long, he was very quick installing the new system and explain how the new system works. He was a wonderful person and very professional.

I am happy to give a 5 star rating to the service I received from Tim Rainey and Glenn Gualtieri. They replaced my garage door springs and installed operating cables and safety cables.
