We needed a new garage door opener as that and the hardware were so old that they predated any sort of safety sensors. Our technician, Roberto, was fantastic. He came by, gave us an estimate, and had everything installed in just a few hours. The difference in our old opener and the new belt drive opener are night and day. It's basically whisper quiet. Sure, I could've saved a few dollars by having him install the opener and I replace the hardware myself, but I have no interest in trying to deal with that headache. What would likely have been a weekend job for me, Roberto had done by dinnertime. Can't recommend Precision enough, and will be back to have the other door done.

John D. came right on time, explained the choices in overhead garage door opener units and went right to work. Installation went smooth and without issue. He explained all of the capabilities of the new unit, set up the WIFI ability as well as assisted with the phone app setup. Great service, new unit works great (so much quieter!). Would highly recommend Precision.

I woke up to my garage door opener not working. I was essentially trapped at home since I couldn't get my car out. I googled garage door repair and saw precision listed with very high customer ratings. I called at 8 AM when they first opened and explained my situation. The representative told me that they would have somebody out to my house that morning. I received a call back an hour later from Brian who said he was close by and could be at my house within 15 minutes. So, 15 minutes later, there he was! He explained everything about the operation of the door opener, all the parts and what my options would be in terms of replacement. He was extremely thorough in his explanation. He said he would be done in about an hour, and he was. I have to say that this was one of the simplest, most stress-free home repairs I have ever had in some 26 years of home ownership! And this is from someone who wasn't even a regular customer. I highly recommend precision garage door to everyone. Thanks again, Brian!
