We actually called Lebanon door but got connected to Precision and we are sure glad we did. Can’t say enough about the professionalism of this company. We called them yesterday because our garage door broke. They sent 2 confirmation emails yesterday saying they will be here today between 8 and 12. First thing this morning we received a call from the repair person stating he was on his way and would be here by 8am plus an email with a photo of the repair person along with his bio. He himself was very professional and polite. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you.

Professional website and scheduling process, woman who answered the phone was very nice and thorough. We needed our springs fixed ASAP and they delivered perfectly. We also had them upgrade all the moving parts. I can’t believe how quiet our 17 year old door is now.
