Thomas was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He assessed my situation and offered three options for me. I chose to do the middle level, and was astounded at how much better my garage door opens and closes. I have a solid wood door that is very heavy. It used to creak and scrape when opening, and now it’s very quiet. I know I will get more life out of the motor now. This is my second time using this company over the past 20 years, and both times I have been very pleased. I’m confident that I’m not getting oversold and that the technicians know their stuff.
