Precision showed up quickly and replaced my garage door opener properly while cleaning up the garage from their waste. The tech, David Pas, was extremely friendly and helpful and showed me how to use all of my new equipment.

One of my tenants damaged the gard door & metal bars that hold it. I had to replace the door, metal structure that holds the door & springs. everything worked well when the door was installed. ONCE THE GARAGE DOOR WAS RECEIVED M&M SERVICES DID A GOOD INSTALL JOB. I HAD TO WAIT 4-5 MONTHS WHICH WAS TYPICAL WAIT TIME FOR THE MATERIAL. In the end I was very satisfied once the appointment was finally made & door installed.

Amazing response time and friendly, professional service post a nor'easter in which my garage door was blasted by a plow and nearly cracked in half. I called Precision at 6am and they had someone here by 9a same day and door installed 4 days later. This happened on a Thursday and that Monday they came back to install my door.

Your technician, Mike, was especially courteous and knowledgeable about the repairs to our garage door. It was a real relief to get prompt service as well. I appreciated the advance call from Mike to let me know he was on the way--my appointment was scheduled 12 to 4-- he called me at 12:05! You are spoiling me here so you get 5 stars.
