Precision Garage Door Service scheduled their technician Jon W. to come out and inspect my 3 garage doors as one of the doors was making noise when going back down from open position. Jon went over all doors and lubricated the door that had been making noise. Very courteous and reviewed what he did before he left I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service

I was recommended to your company by my neighbor friend and I’m so glad I contacted your Company. Tommy was our technician assigned to our home. Our large 30 year old six hundred pound double wood garage door was stuck closed because of a broken line. Tommy was great, he took his time to look over and inspect our situation and gave me four options on how to handle our garage door system. Our parts cables, hardware plus more were old, worn out and in need of replacement. Our old opener was a commercial unit and would have worked but I opted to go with a brand new Lift Master with a ten year warranty. I’m so glad we did business with your Company. I can’t believe how our huge heavy double door now goes up in down slowly and quietly. I almost forgot because of the scope of this job Tommy called on another technician named Lou I hope I have his name right. They completed this big job in one day. Five Stars. Our technician, Brian, was awesome. He kept us informed as to precise arrival time, the "fixes" he'd try and then the remedy if the "fix" didn't work. We had a VERY old unit and it actually needed to be replaced and Brian was upfront about the costs. Precision also shared information on our technician who would be servicing us so we were EXTREMELY comfortable with Brian before he even arrived. I've used Precision before and we'll definitely use them, if needed, again. We are happy with our new opener, the belt drives, the key pad, remotes and App use.

Our garage door broke and we called for service on a Sunday and could not believe how quickly a repairman showed up. The entire time we were provided text updates as to when they would arrive. Upon arrival and inspection the repairman took his time to explain in full detail what we needed for repairs and listed them in order of concern and let us decide what to address at that moment. He was kind, friendly and his workmanship was beyond excellent. I will never hesitate to recommend this company in the future to anyone that would need repairs.

Met with Tammy Dehaan on 2/9/21 to discuss possibly ordering two new garage doors. This was my fourth estimate. Tammy was knowledgeable, helpful and professional and I knew that day I wanted to work with her & Precision. That said, Percision came in a bit more expensive than other companies but I've learned through experience, you get what you pay for and knowing Tammy will be my point person along the way gives me a sense of comfort and security that at the end of the process, I will be satisfied.

Precision Door Service does a great job as a company. They e-mail and sent a text telling me when the technician would arrive. Roberto was super. He called before coming and was prompt in his arrival. He inspected the old door and gave me a good overview of what needed to be replaced and the costs.
