Could not be happier! Quick response time and excellent communication from the company. Chris was courteous and explained all of my repair/replacement options. After speaking with Chris I decided to go for a rebuild of all the existing hardware. The job was completed quickly and the old door and motor are so much quieter now. Recently had our very old garage doors replaced by Precision. I was very pleased with our experience with them every step of the way. Everyone we talked to or worked with was very professional and knowledgeable. We were given a delivery time frame of 8-16 weeks because of current conditions. I was very pleased when the door arrived in 8 weeks and the installation was done a few days later. The installers did a great job and made sure everything was taken away and the garage left clean. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new garage doors.

after I read the services provided by precision I decided to call for repair of my garage door with broken cables .the technician Ryan Murphy arrived in the time promised giving me a call when he was on the way. . he wore a mask and kept a proper distance .he worked in efficient and knowledgeable manner. work was completed the site was cleaned. he then explained what was done . the door worked better than ever .I'm very pleased and would recommend using there services.

I have used Precision before and they have always done a great job. This time was no exception. Ryan came in and replaced our 30 year old opener with a new track opener, replaced the worn springs and wheels on our other door and lubricated everything after he balanced both doors. Both doors work great now. Ryan was here late as his last call before me ran him longer than expected. We bought pizza for dinner and had Ryan join us. Ryan is a great guy and does an excellent job. Whatever your needs are for your garage doors, you can't go wrong by calling Precision Overhead Door. They do weekends as well!

I had Precision come out to change the rollers, adjust the tracks and other maintenance. The service technician (Lou) was excellent not only in the job he did but his demeanor as well. He explained in detail what he was going to do and also ensured I followed and understood it as well. He was better than so many other service people I had to my home. He is a natural with dealing with customers. After all was said and done, my door worked better than I can ever remember. I would recommend Precision to anyone as well as Lou. From beginning to the end, Precision is a highly professional and customer-oriented company. We were also won over by the warranty offered. We just got our new garage doors and motors installed yesterday, and we are happily impressed with the product and the service. Our sales representative, Peter, was very polite and helpful. The office staff was the same, and provided me with clear and timely email/phone updates. The technician, Kenny, was polite, clean and very competent with installing the doors. We love the features of the new openers, including the quieter motor, and we enjoy the clean and neat appearance of the doors and trim. We are looking forward to a warmer garage this winter!
