I was very pleased with the answering service, and especially the field rep. Both were polite and professional. The field rep, service man, David Bryan, is an assets to the company. He was polite, knowledgeable, and completely describe the problem. He offered several options for my consideration. He fixed the problem in the most economical solution possible. I was however very surprised at the prices. That was the only let down.

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door. Louis was kind, helpful, and efficient. He explained everything to me and did a great job installing my new garage door motor. He even helped me hook it up to my wifi from the app on my phone. Now I can open/close my garage door from anywhere!

The technician called me and advised me he could make it early. Arrived on scene look at the issue and determined since the opener was close to 30 years old. It was time for replacement he offered different units and then proceeded to install in a quick timely matter.
