Precision has been our “ go to” from our condo beginnings, 1999! During this lengthy time span, there have been minimal garage issues. However, when issues did surprisingly arrive- coil replacement, remote challenges and sensor disturbances- experienced technicians arrived. Their professionalism and skills de-escalated any anxieties and “ normalcy” was able to resume! So happy..... Thank you, Precision!

Kevin arrived, immediately assessed what needed to be done, had the parts, installed new springs, rollers, safety cables quickly and professionally. Before he started he explained what would be done, costs and warranty. He arrived on time and completed everything in about an hour, thoroughly cleaned up and was off to his next job. Job well done.

Have used Precision for years, when something goes wrong I can always count on them. Service is great and technicians are always on time (sometimes even earlier) but they call to make sure it's OK with us, and are always polite. Five star rating.
