Brian Hallock was awesome. I haven't had such professional behavior from an installer of anything on my home in several years! Phone and text notifications about arrival time. Very detailed analysis of my issue and then multiple options to solve. I chose to have a new motor and components and all materials were on his truck. The work was done in a couple hours! I could not be happier with Brian and Precision Overhead Door Service.

Easy to schedule our appointment with service available next day. Showed up when they said they would and they gave us updates on arrival. Truck had all necessary parts, clean, organized and Ryan provided full details of what work and parts that would be replaced. Ryan then walked us through all the new technology and made sure we understood. Ryan then did a full safe inspection upon completion. 110% Customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Precision Doors professional techs, professional all around.

The ability to schedule repair service right away led me to contact Precision. Everything that they said would be done prior to and during the service was taken care of. The technician, Chris, thoroughly explained what had to be done to accomplish the repair and what options I had to better secure the existing door for safety’s sake since the door was 42 years old but was very well maintained. Chris finished the job of replacing all moving parts in addition to the replacement of broken spring(s) with expertise and with my interest and needs in mind. It was a nice experience even though it was an expensive one. But in the long run, the safety involving the door and the remote opener were of prime importance to me and my family.

I thought the technician said it would cost $119.99 and when I received my computer bill it was $199 which we feel is over priced for the adjustments that were performed. Very disappointed.

One of my garage doors got stuck in the open position today. I called the toll free number. Explained the problem. They sent a service tech (Chris) in just a few short hours. He had the door running again in no time. The tech (Chris) was very professional and clean. Very reasonable price. Glenn G just came to our home. He is a really great guy very easy to deal with. Glenn was also accommodating to my work schedule as I work from home, and he arrived just prior to an important call I had to attend. He assessed the issue with our garage, quoted me a price and even took an extra step in checking to see if we were still under warranty, which sadly we were note. His work was clean, neat and quick. He was very impressive.
