They arrived when they said they said they would. The technician Matthew was quite helpful, courteous, and walked me through every step of what had to be done. The job is to install a full lock assembly on an existing garage door that never had a lock assembly. The price quoted for the work was more than fair. I am looking forward for the work to be performed.

Our garage door’s spring and coil snapped and our car was trapped in the garage. I called Precision Door and they were immediately able to set up an appointment for me. They sent me a checklist to ensure I was comfortable with a stranger entering our garage in the midst of this virus crisis. Our technician, Brian Hallock was professional, thorough, polite and quick. He called ahead to let us know he would be there shortly, actually ahead of schedule. He came, quickly did the job and didn’t try to push more on us than what we currently needed...yet he was honest about our possible future needs. Great guy, great company! Not looking forward to seeing them any time soon, but will surely call them immediately when/ if the need arises!

I called Precision when I noticed our cables on the side of our garage door were fraying. I was afraid they would snap and break at any moment. The woman I spoke with on the phone was polite, professional and I was able to make an appt for the following Saturday which is what I had requested. Mike was the service technician and he called me to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he was also polite, professional, very knowledgeable and was able to assess the damage and replace the cables on our door. He also took it a step further and wanted to find out why the cables were fraying. He determined that the track on the left side of our door had been bent and the cable was rubbing on the door, causing it to fray. He corrected the problem by realigning the track. He demonstrated several times by lower and raising the door that the problem was fixed. I felt very relieved knowing that not only the cables had been replaced, but that it wouldn't happen again in several months because the cause had been found and fixed. Thank you Mike!!! I would highly recommend Precision for their outstanding service!!!
