Quick shoutout to thank the entire operation for the responsiveness and quality communication. In particular, the technician who came, Ethan Tsirulik, was great. Truth is, last year when our spring broke, the technician then was great too. So I guess that's a testament to the training in professionalism and customer service that runs through the whole organization. This year, it was a problem with our opener; specifically a part inside that went bad. We were pursuing options for a repair / replacement for the internal component but discussed that even with replacement of the individual board having a problem, the question of why would remain and we'd have to consider the possibility of something else in the works causing the problem with the board. Ethan was not a hard sell. He asked questions about our needs and then helped guide us toward two options. We chose the right one for us and he got to work with everything already available on his truck. He did not move fast to move on. He spent as much time as it took to do the job properly and made some improvements to the overall constructability of the opener to ensure longevity. The one he sold us and installed runs quieter, stops smoother, and has the app with camera to see if it's open and a remote (internet enabled) button to open/close the door. Ethan explained EVERYTHING he did, in detail, and helped us with the App setup and to program our two cars for the new opener. Really thorough and polite. Nobody WANTS to call for a garage door repair. It's not a sexy purchase. But with Ethan (and Precision) you can feel comfortable you're getting what you need.

I usually don't bother with reviews but I was impressed by Precision and the expert Glen. The communications were great, including notifying me when Glen would arrive. Glen recommended a few options for me & worked with me to choose. He went above & beyond with a few small items, including re-fastening my push button. He was a pleasure and described every detail fully.
