alan came in on Easter Sunday as scheduled, there was a dislodge of the wheel and insert pin on the left side of our one door garage door. unclear what caused the outing, but the piece was taken out reinserted looks ok so far i hope. motor was checked and ok openers were checked seem ok also. we were quoted a price for a new motor but was advised it looked ok for now. i do not think any products were purchased for this job but a once over of lubrucsting spray was applied after the pin was reinserted. price was fair for the service call and professional repair i hope that if this piece dislodges again forthcoming we can rely on a tech coming back for no fee. nice exp. our 3rd time using precision.

Precision Garage Door Service is a uniquely professional company. They truly seem to care about providing the finest service. The day of my service they texted me to let me know they were running a little late. A small thing, but something you seldom see. They were friendly, clearly knowledgeable, and professional in all respects. In examining my door, they advised me that I did not need a repair or replacement at this time. That is clearly showing integrity and concern for the customer's needs, rather than trying to sell me what I didn't need. I trust them as a company and will use them in the future when the need arises.

The technician was excellent. He was in and out within 45 minutes. Appreciated the same day service and were within the 4 hour window. For a simple spring change (since one broke changed them both) the charge was outrageous. Will consider for future needs but won't be my first few calls.

Louis Rowek was the consummate professional in all ways you would expect from an individual who takes his or her job seriously!
